Meet Pamela
Hi, my name is Pamela Coleman. I have 25 years’ corporate Human Resources experience, including 8 years as an executive and 7 years as a business consultant. I have led and consulted with dozens of organizations of all sizes, at various stages of growth, and across multiple industries. In working with these organizations, I have seen one or two CEOs inspire cultures that engage their people and enhance business results. I have seen many more CEOs confused about what culture is, relegating it to an annual check-the-box exercise or pushing it over to HR to manage. I have watched these same CEOs alienate employees and undermine their business prospects. With a degree in Psychology from Brown University, I have the insight to interpret and address team dynamics.
